What to do about dry hooves?

The summer was particularly dry and with it the hooves of our horses. So what to do? Of course, the ideal thing is to take a trip to a river or lake and stay in it for a while. Putting the hooves in a bucket of water can also help, but a few minutes is hardly enough, so this is barely practical. A short shower has no effect, so the easiest thing to do is to apply the right care. Our HUFLAB Elastic Cream is especially moisturising with coconut oil, sea buckthorn oil, sunflower oil and grape seed oil and can simply be applied to the dry or dried hoof. It is deeply absorbed and has a quick effect. The hoof is especially capable of absorbing moisture at the coronet band and at the sole and frog, so you should pay special attention to these areas. As an alternative to Elastic Cream, Oil Balm with Biotin and HUFLAB Hoof Grease are great ways to support the hoof's moisture balance. What is your tip for dry hooves? And have you already had experience with our products?
